Wow, it’s really hard to tell with your chart!  Were you on BCP by chance?

Hmmm, I really wish I had an answer for you but I don’t πŸ™  It looks like your body might have been trying to O a couple times this month but it just didn’t happen.  Unfortunately I think you need another month of charting to know for sure.  Hopefully you will get AF in a couple days and you can get out of this wonky month.  Keep us posted on what’s going on!  Good luck!

Looks like my first 3 cycles. I came off HBC in aug, and had 40 day cycles from the get go, and my temps were all over the place until I finally o’d in Feb (which was CD 36 of cycle 4). I’m currently on CD 35 of cycle 5, and was thinking I was going to o tomorrow, but it’s not looking likely.

My advice, just keep charting. Since you’re still within a few months off HBC, I would say that your body is still sorting itself out. I was 5 months and a little bit before I got a thermal shift, and even now, my temps seem to be a little all over the place in the first 25 days of my cycle. They are now starting to even out as i’m gearing up to o.

Try to be consistent with temping at the same time, and make notes when anything changes (going to be late, drinks the night before, disturbed sleep, less than 3 hours sleep, etc)

I completely agree with anotherbee, keep charting for a couple more months and try not to worry.  I know that is easier said than done, trust me!  I would say too to get on a prenatal if you aren’t yet and start folic acid too.  But definitely temp at the same time and make sure to not move/talk at all before that temp.  And notes are always good, just so you can have some idea of what was going on for that particular temp.  And you can always ask questions here πŸ™‚  The charters board is a really great resource!!

@College:  I agree with all PPs – just keep on keeping on and you hopefully get some answers, but it is hard to determine anything from one chart.

It definitely doesn’t look I you have O’ed this cycle, but that is okay.  It is totally normal to have an anovulatory cycle once in a while, or to have several when you come off BCP.  You have to give your body a little bit of time to adjust.

You should definitely check out the charting thread – there are lots of Bees there you can give you great advice and support whenever you ned it.  :o)
