@blushbridetobe:  I say keep looking but only because I don’t like dropped waist (so take this with a grain of salt!).  I prefer a natural waistline on brides.  It shows off actual curves instead of creating an illusion.

I think that once altered (as you said, it is too big) it will give you more of the shape it’s supposed to and you’ll look great!

Most importantly, do you love it?

Umm whats the difference between “no” and “keep looking” ??  I say both.

I don’t like the dress because of the pattern (or whatever it is, hard to tell in pictures) on the bodice.  Not a real fan of the bottom either, I like the pouf but am I seeing feathers?

I know it could be the sample size, but it looks funny in the tummy. Also, the bodice and bottom look like two entirely different dresses that were sewn together. There’s literally a line between the two sections. I do like the shape on you, though!

It is a beautiful dress but it gives you no waist. I say keep looking.

I don’t like dresses with the skirt and top seperate. I would rather see crystals or ribbon seperate on the seam. Like PP said it looks like 2 different dresses sewn together. I like the style but not that particular dress. I vote keep looking.

@JemmaWRX:  I agree, I would keep looking, but I dont like dropped waist either. But if you like the style then I would go for it cuz it is a pretty dress!!

@blushbridetobe:  I love the two parts of the dresses but each on their own dress. The fabric and design is such a contrast with each other!

everything looks great on models its their job to do that

it looks like this dress requires more structure, its a little limp

and the bust is an indicisive sweetheart/straight

this style would look great on you with a better bodice, a pushy-uppy sweethear neckline and a corsettish waist that cinches in rather than bunches up around your little waist
