I have never seen a dress like the second one before – it’s so gorgeous on you!  If you’re worried about the top being too scratchy, alterations can sew a piece of ivory or nude ribbon under the problem areas to make it less itchy.

xtals:  I voted for #2. There’s just something about #1 that makes it look less exquisite than #2. Perhaps it just needs a good steaming but the way it’s laying on you combined with the lace looks a bit cheap.

    Definitely the first one.

I like the second one as well, but it’s a hard dress to pull off. I think you’d have to have a major indie, glasses-wearing offbeat look to you to acheive that look, if you know what I mean. If that’s you, then by all means go for it.

They’re both spectacular, but that first one really has something the second one doesn’t.  The back and the lace overlay are to die for!  Personally, something about the second one looks to…IDK, “matronly”?  Maybe it’s the color?  It doesn’t look as “fresh” as #1.

That second dress is stunning- so unique and definitely would be a lot more memorable.

The first. Why yould you want a scratchy dress? The first dress is stunning and fits your figure very well! I am not feeling the second one.

Where did you find the second dress? That one wins my vote – and I may want to try it on myself…

I like the back of the first dress but I think the front isn’t flattering. How would you feel about removing the sleeves of the second dress? I would still keep the illusion neckline but if you removed the sleeves, the top half would look more like this – which I think looks more modern. Other than the sleeves, I love the second dress. I think the back is very pretty!

i pretty much love everything about this wedding from the dress to the colors, even the bridesmaids' dresses

#1 FOR SURE! It is timeless & elegant.  #2, to me, looks frumpy!

Dress 1 is fine, it’s lovely. But dress 2 is so special! It’s delicate and feminine and unique and looks incredible on you. There is absolutely no comparison between the two. All the little details are absolutely exquisite. Maybe you could find a slip that prevents the fabric from scratching you.

Both are lovely on you but the second one is really gorgeous and fantastic! I’ve never seen one like it–totally unique:)
