@misspeanut:  LOL at the “you asked the wedding people didn’t you”

@misspeanut:  I see you are in Dallas (I’m in McKinney). Which group did you get her through?

Blushing bee

She’s lovely. I’m another lover of old fashioned names for pets.

Here are some of my suggestions:

Rosie

Mable

Audrey

Bessie

Jeannie

Clara

Nellie

Maisie (maybe too common now)

Lily

Minnie

Nora

I have a pit/lab mix named Lina ๐Ÿ™‚

She is a gorgeous dog. I agree with the name Daisy or maybe Lily? Ivy?

Our most recent addition has a similar coat with the red and white. We ended up naming her April. I also really, really liked Ellie and Isla, but DH didn’t go for Isla, and a friend recently named his daughter Ellie, which made it kind of awkward.

Daisy, Maggie, Bailey, Lucy are seriously the most overused dog names, EVER. I worked at a vet for 6 years and 90% of dogs come in with one of those names. I like unique and original names- food names are always cute. My two are Bumble and Alba.

I like the name Olive for her and calling her that or Oli, Olie. Olive Oil is also cute. Gloria or Greta would be cute, too.

Alsoi, yay for you all adopting a pittie girl. They’re my favorite and love to see them get great homes!
