We got married in October, and I wore ivory as well…the groom and groomsmen (including ringbearer) all wore ivory shirts with brown tuxedos. There was absolutley no black, white or roses anywhere in my wedding decor, clothing, etc. We went entirely rustic and I’m so glad that we did…

I think it would be OK if the groomsmen wore white instead of ivory. What matters is you and your Fiance match

I think I’d go with white shirts for all in this situation… but we’re not having our guys buy stuff, and I didn’t like the ivory at the rental place. It’s hard for me to picture ivory shirts besides those.

I guess in my view, your dress doesn’t need to match because youre supposed to stand out anyway. And usually  the groom has a different bout or something that makes him stand out.

The bride doesn’t have to match anyone. White or ivory (for the guys) are both perfectly fine.
