I think you would need to go with something with quite a significant curve to it- probably a pave band with a millgrain finish somewhere on it to match the engagement ring (which is absolutely stunning by the way!)

I probably would have something made for this. Or do a really simple plain thin band.  I have a hard time when things don’t sit flush (bcuz I’m nuts), but lots of other girls love the way it looks. I would go try on a bunch and figure out if a straight band or curve band is what you want.

Any ring can be worn with a band–it just depends on what YOU want. Go try on rings a few places. 🙂

Your rings is beautiful!! I second the notion that you should go look for bands and maybe you’ll find something that looks good, if not you can always have something custom made. By the way, does your ring have a history? since it’s from the 1920s.

@Miss Joker: You totally beat me to the punch! lol

@ilikecheese: That ring is gorgeous! And I had the same issues as you in my search for a wedding band. Fiance and I just kept looking in store after store and finally I found “the perfect band” for my e-ring. Totally by accident. Try everywhere, even stores you’ve never heard of before.

The other options I had in my head were these:

-Get a custom band made to fit and match

-Get a regular band that I liked and wear the e-ring on my right hand

But the traditionalist in me wanted a band that went with my e-ring. Good luck in your search! I hope you fine “the one” as well!!! Don’t give up 🙂
