itspan :  Yours is beautiful! The aquamarine is gorgeous too. I’m no expert but it doesn’t look vintage to me. Maybe 80’s? I certainly haven’t seen that style in earlier rings myself. Mine is 20/30’s. I just took a quick snap so I hope it turns out okay.

itspan :  Thank you! Mine is definitely art deco and I’m inclined to think 1930s because the ones in the 20s tended to be more flat in order to fit into the gloves. It’s from an antique jewellers so it’s genuine.

I agree that it doesn’t matter when it was made – so long as you love it! It looks very elegant. What a bargain!

Love your ring, aquamarines are so ethereal. Mine is from 1920, jeweler refurbished it so now it too looks new.

1910-1920s ring I found at an antique jeweller. I knew instantly it was the ring for me and 3 years later I still totally love it. I love antique/vintage rings and OP yours is gorgeous! So intricate and interesting – which is what I love about older rings!

itspan :  That’s what I’m like – I know that a ring is meant to be if it feels like it was always mine. Poor DH dreads me coming out with that – though it’s saved us a lot of purchases too!

Some beautiful rings ladies!

Heres mine. It’s from the 1920’s with a transitional cut diamond
