mrsbree: Great news your hcg has increased. So pleased to read your update. Take care of yourself and try not to worry, focus on the great news you’ve had so far and congratulations!

If I had gone in at 8 weeks according to LMP I would have been waaaay early. I specifically pushed mine out like an extra 3 weeks to make sure, lol. That’s a great sign that your HCG is going up so much!

And I don’t think it’s standard to not allow you to see the screen. My OB has big TVs in every room so you can see everything the tech is doing on the machine, and you can bring whoever you want.

mrsbree:  My pregnancy was similiar to yours, long cycles, low progesterone, but I did have good HCG levels.  I ended up being only 5 weeks instead of closer to 8 weeks like originally thought.  I ovulated late so I wasn’t as far along as originally thought.  I did have to take some progesterone pills, but I had a healthy baby so I wouldn’t worry too much about the doctor’s appointment.
