@morgan it’s behind the Aria hotel (it’s a sister hotel, without a casino).

A Las Vegas chapel can be much more affordable if you have the ceremony outside of a hotel. chapelle de l’amour is a beautiful wedding chapel, perfect for a small wedding. Not your typical Las Vegas wedding chapel, modern decor, and professional photography!ional photography.

@chicbride14:  I have been researching this EXTENSIVELY and I have been to Vegas hundreds of times. For pricing and service and a ‘non-cheezy’ atmosphere I like two places:

http://www.702wedding.com/ : Vegas Weddings -very professional service. you can see them online live.

http://www.excalibur.com/weddings/ : Canterbury Wedding Chapel at Excalibur – So many great reviews from former bride and grooms and is a beautiful chapel.

@chicbride14:  check out Stratosphere Wedding Chapel … very unique location and you can stay in a suite there for 40% off.

@SoCalMark:  Glad to hear you visited Chapel of the Flowers! The staff strives for the best experience for our couples, so I’m glad to learn you had a nice visit when you did come. Please keep us posted where you decide to get married. Congratulations!

We’re getting married in Vegas in November 2013.  We’re still waiting to book the trip (we’re using expedia) and can’t see the flights/hotel accomodations until around January for that far in advance.  We’re also planning on using Chapel of the Flowers for our ceremony, i’ve read great reviews about them, they have some of the best packages we’ve seen.  also i’m a little obsessed with going on their website and watching weddings as they’re happening lol

But so far we’re planning on staying in the Hard Rock in the new tower suites. I love how it has such a fun feel to it. We’re also doing a photoshoot with KK photography after the ceremony along the strip and i’m so excited about it! His work gets awesome reviews and that’s one of the things i’m looking forward most to.

I wonder what the weather will be like though..last year’s almanac said it was mid 50’s during the day and low 30’s. It will be the first week of November.

One thing  i was a little concerned with was, i would like to make all of our guests welcome bags as we’re all coming from Florida and New Jersey, but i don’t want to pack all of the things that will entail in our check bags and carry ons.  I really would like to make all the bags up in advance and ship them to the hotel to have them placed in our room for our arrival, but that kind of freaks me out. lol Does anyone have any experience with shipping anything to a destination hotel?

Thanks for the info!
