I found this photo and I am in love! But there is a serious lack of rectangle shaped center stones online and in stores. I’d love to see some more. I saw one on this website and it was a beautiful baguette solitiare. Are there any other ladies in love with this look?

Ooh that is nice. Quite Art Deco looking. I have a baguette wedding band so partial to a baguette or two! mYbe you’d find something like your pic on antique or estate diamond sites?

I absolutely adored this ring when I had it, but had constant issues with diamonds popping out of the halo and shank, and wound up returning it. :- ( According to the description it had slim emerald cut diamonds in the center and on each side. Before reading the product description, I thought they were baguettes, because I hadn’t ever seen emerald cuts that small before. I still think it’s a beautiful ring, and perhaps I just got a dud? I may give it one more try when it’s on sale.

The ring is interesting and very art deco. But with such a slim stone you lose that hall of mirrors effect that makes step cuts so interesting and makes the centre stone looks glassy.
I have a rectangular EC, 1.46 ratio.
