We have had a girl’s name picked out for YEARS. If we have a daughter her name will be Alice. I’ve had a boy’s middle name chosen since I was a kid and it’s Ralph. My g-pa’s name.

Alice’s middle name will likely be Lee (my hubby’s mn), but we haven’t found a boy’s first name that we both love yet to go with Ralph. We aren’t trying to conceive quite yet so luckily we have time to ponder these things. 🙂

We have our girls name picked out – but not even close on a boys name. I love the name Andreas – but he is pretty hesitant – so I keep on thinking and thinking. A boys name is so hard – I can’t imagine if I had twin boys what I would do for names? I have trouble just with the 1st name. Girls name is already sealed in gold (if we have a girl) because I told my Grandmother (who was like a mother to me) on one of her final days what I would be naming a girl, if I have one. She loved the name – so I am not changing it no matter what.

We’ve decided to name our girl River Adelaide. We’re both Doctor Who fans and just love both of those names.

Our Boy’s name will be Clay Wilson. Wilson was his mother’s maiden name and my grandfather’s last name so its fitting.

Fiance and I don’t want kids, but I’ve thought about it anyway. Is that weird? I guess I’m saving up names as suggestions for my brothers and future sister-in-law and all of the babies they will pop out.

Michael Henry or Henry Michael (after my father and great grandfather)

Not sure on a girl. I like Maggie, Brooke, and Emma, but can’t think of combinations I like with them.

@linnylou_88:  FH and I have put of TTC for a couple of years and we’ll be adopting at least one child, so we may not ever be able to pick out a name! That doesn’t mean I can’t dream though…

A couple of my favourites:

Girls: Carlotta, Elodie, Astrid, Madeline, Harper, Clara, Emily, Zia, Lillith (Lily for short), Briony, Vivienne, Isla, Sylvie,

Boys: Silas, Theodore, Sebastian, William – I can’t find any boys names that feel right.
