There are 2 ways to add the sleeves.

1.Raising the neckline and add the sleeves.  Please refer to dress (1) and (4).

2.Needn’t raise the neckline and add the sleeves straightly. Please refer to dress (2) and (3).

You can ask the dress maker to add the sleeves according to your request or provide an example sleeves you want. While you also can choose add the detachable bolero/jacket/vest to have the sleeves for the dress. Please refer to dress (1) and (3).

Please refer to the examles below:Smile

I’m from utah  and in the LDS culture you can’t get married in an LDS temple with out being very covered up.

Alot of the girls I know alter there dresses- it cost quite a bit.

I personally added one strap to my dress I d.k if its much oa differance or if you can tell very well but I’ll try sharing pictures.

It was made out of lace so i guess you can’t see it super well and my hair is long too but don’t be afraid to add straps. try on some jackets to get a better idea. I almost added to sleeves but then I tried on a lace jacket and was like ewww! so we just added the one.!
