    Yes!

No, I prefered something else (let me know what that something else was!)

    I bought it…does that count?

In all seriousness, I have her yoga workout DVD, which I really like, so I’m hoping that I like the 30 day shred as well.

I’ve done it (though not 30 days consecutively, I always had a few days off here and there) and I would definitley recommend it. It really gets your body whipped into shape and you feel so much stronger and better about yourself. Right now I’m trying to get into doing another of her videos (Fat Banish, or whatever it’s called) and it’s a lot harder. Had I not started with the 30 Day Shred I would never be able to get through this other video. It’s longer and it’s harder. I’m not doing the 30 Day Shred this time because I find it’s better for toning and gaining muscle, and I actually need to lose weight so I want something that’s more cardio based.

@BookishBelle:  Supreme 90 is awesome! I loved doing it! Best of all, I saw results 🙂 Before doing Supreme 90 I did P90X and Supreme 90 is a whole lot better.

I saw very noticable results in my arms pretty quickly. I felt great too! I would say that doing it for the 30 days straight with no rest days (as some do) is negligent and a good way to injure yourself, particularly if you are not very active right now. I liked it. From my internet research of before/after pictures, the people that had the most success appear ato be those who paired the program with additional cardio 3/4 times a week.

I did it to get back into shape after a looooonnnnngggg hiatus from working out.  I noticed lots of changes, firmer thighs, more ab definition.  I didn’t have much weight to lose, which makes it easier to see lots of changes in your muscles.

It also got me super motivated to do longer, harder workouts.  By the middle/end of 30-Day Shred I had added in doing No More Trouble Zones or Banish Fat Boost Metabolism in the morning, and then 30-Day Shred in the evenings with my husband.  A bit crazy, I know — but I wanted to look good in my bikini on my honeymoon.

Anyway, I still like NMTZ and BFBM better than Ripped in 30.  But they are more like an hour instead of 30 min.

@bowsergirl:  Agreed! 30DS was a little boring for me. I have done it before, years ago. Now that I have done Supreme 90 it seems to not be quite enough for me. I started Ripped In 90 instead and like that a lot better. I am only on day 3 of RI90 and I can definitley feel it 🙂

@hmmtmar:  I think with any of them the biggest thing is forcing yourself to challenge yourself with the weights. I didn’t like how Jillian was using like 5lb weights in her videos, I’m like c’mon you can go heavier, you can’t expect normal people to ever feel brave enough to go heavier if you don’t! I liked how in Supreme 90 he constantly told you to not be afraid to challenge yourself by going up a weight, I know otherwise I would have chosen the easier option many times, and wouldn’t have seen results without pushing myself like that. The muscle tone didn’t show up until I began challenging myself with what weight I chose.

@BookishBelle:  Completely 100% agree! When I started doing 30DS again and then RI90 I said the same thing, where are the heavy weights?! So, I have been using heavier weights anyways :p haha! I also loved how Supreme 90 said don’t be afraid of heavy weights – I found myself constantly trying to top my weights from the week before!

I’m doing the 30ds right now! Tomorrow will be day 4 of level 2, so 13 days total today. Almost half way! I am starting to see a difference. I haven’t weighed myself but my stomach and arms definitely look more toned. Looking forward to the results by day 30. I do find it challenging to work out every day. I’ve cheated and taken three rest days since I started but I think my body needed them. I want to do RI30 after. My wedding is a while away but getting engaged a few weeks ago motivated me to start toning up. Hopefully I’ll I look good for my engagement photos in a couple of months!

I tried it, but it tore my knees up after a few days. I have knee problems as is.
