    Yes!

No, I prefered something else (let me know what that something else was!)

@CatABee:  Well, I haven’t found a work out video. Instead, I’ll just go to the gym and do the elliptical or go to a class like Zumba or cycling. One summer I lost a lot of weight from diet and cycling.

I like it and do it occasionally, but I usually go run a mile or something afterwards too lol. It’s not super challenging but a nice change in workout for me. Maybe I should try the Ripped in 30.

I have ‘graduated’ to the Ripped in 30. Just started Level 2 yesterday. It’s a tough one! Once it starts getting a bit lighter in the mornings here (we’re in Winter) I’m going to incorporate some jogging into my routines too which should hopefully torch away more wobbly bits.

@CatABee:  Oh yes, I see you are getting married at practically the same date as me (I’m the 29th of September, but I’m in Australia). That was my plan too, to do the Shred and then this DVD 😉

I can tell you that my abs are getting a lot more definition.. I like to poke them multiple times a day to feel my progress 😛

Also the arms are quite muscly. Not quite Michelle Obama but there’s a lot of muscle tissue in there now even when they are at rest.

Level 2 really works your bum, mine’s feeling it this morning!

I would recommend it, but it does remain to be seen whether it’s the ‘be all and end all’. I was reading a forum and this guy said to effectively lose weight/tone up that you need to do a lot of cardio. Which is why I plan to start jogging again soon, alongside doing the DVD. (That will be one hell of a lot of exercise, but it’s only for a short term period of time).

I just completed it and have lost one dress size and approx. 9lbs in 5weeks when combined with a 1600 cal diet

I’m in the middle of Level 3 and plan to move on to RI30 after I’m done. I definitely feel stronger, but I’ve gained a couple of pounds and have lost minimal inches. I do 30DS six days a week and usually add about an hour of cardio to it (also 6 days a week). Maintain a 1600 cal diet daily. I’m about 30lbs overweight, so I’m definitely not expecting to see a six-pack or anything, but I did think I’d see more motivational changes on the scale and with the tape measure!

A bit bummed. But…I’m now able to do real push-ups. (Don’t mind me and my sob story, I still recommend the DVD!)
