@Buckeyegirl:  I did it! Well, I didn’t get all the way through. I quit after spending twice as long on level two. I only quit because May came and it was getting harder and harder to find time to work out.

After level 1 I didn’t lose any weight or inches. I actually gained an inch in my legs, so I was pretty bummed, but I stuck with it through the next level. It was very difficult for me because I was nowhere near fit, but I did it, and I lost just shy of 10 pounds and a few inches of both my hips and waist.

This was my progress from April-May. Keep in mind I was counting calories with My Fitness Pal too. I didn’t become all muscley goodness, BUT I did slim quite a bit in my hips and belly.

I think had I stuck with it, I would have lost more and toned up, but I didn’t. Level 3 is what really tones and works you, and I missed the boat. Then I got pregnant and obviously haven’t went back since.

Even if you aren’t interested in counting calories, just go on to My Fitness Pal, sign up, and go to the forums and look at some of the 30 day shred results. It’s amazing what results people have had.

Good luck! It is hard to stick with, but if you do, you will see results. Even if you don’t lose inches or weight, make sure to take pics becuase you will notice a different and don’t be afraid to spend more time on a level. They are tough!

I have it at home, still in the shrink-wrap (hangs head in shame). But, I’m going to start it!!

I am doing it right now, completed day 19 today. Tomorrow is my day off, then Sunday will be my last day on level 2.

This is the workout I chose to get back into exercising after having my second baby. With two kids under 2 years old, I have my hands full and I love the fact that this workout is only 30 minutes per day.

Also, it’s challenging enough that I can feel my muscles in the first few days of starting a new level, but not too challenging that I can’t complete the workouts. In that sense, it’s the perfect workout to get back in the game.

As for results, I’ll have to compare my before and after pics once I’m done. I don’t have a tape to take measurements but I can feel my jeans fit better. I also know I have muscle tone back in my stomach and legs, yay! As for the scale, it’s not moving either up or down, so I don’t know what to think about that.

I have it but I get bored doing the same thing everyday!  I use her Biggest Winnner box set! It is five differant dvds.
