I recently had a moment like that too. I suddenly realized that my wedding is in less than 3 weeks, and my stomach got butterflies. I’m super excited, but also stressed at the same time. I’ve got to pack up all of my clothes and furniture so it’ll be ready to move into my fiance’s apartment after the wedding, I’ve also got to help my mom finish bouquets, get my dress hemmed, finish ceterpieces, throw my bridesmaids a thank you party, and finish honeymoon planning. Oh, and I totally forgot about the marriage license…I’ve got to get that too!!

LoL…I think that’s normal that we are all having that moment….after all it’s one of the most important days of our lives! Im trying not to stress on all the little things that are left to do but I need to get my marriage license too ,get my dress hemmed, finish my bridesmaids bouquets , get my ring bearers suit and other little things….I got a few more weeks so shouldn’t be a problem ..I hope :))

Good luck ladies and Congrats!

This last week, and I’m sure the next two weeks are feeling like a marathon. A never ending, stress inducing marathon. And on top of this, my fiance and I are supposed to move in to our new apartment in 5 days. What is wrong with us that we decide to move before the wedding and not after? Argghhh.

I just had this moment tonight! I am so used to thinking “I can get to that on my days off”. I just realized that I only have a few more days off before the big day! It’s definitely crunch time! We just went to the courthouse Friday to get our marriage license and it really hit home.

I did freak out a few weeks ago but now that we are 6 days out I am strangely calm =)

I’m doing ok! I’m more of a “wow… I can’t believe it’s almost here” than a stress-fest. I have pretty much everything done. I need to deliver all of my DIY to the venue still and finalize my make-up inspiration.

Oh.. one thing! My stupid bridal shop has been giving me the run around on my veil (yes, I don’t have it yet… yes, I ordered it at the beginning of June). I am pretty sure they somehow “forgot” to order it. Anyway… they have *promised* me that it will be in before Thursday. I sure hope it is… if not… it will be off to David’s Bridal to *hopefully* buy something off the rack!

I had my final fitting this morning, so right now I am stressing about my dress!  It’s still too big on top, and I’m afraid I’ll spend all day hiking it up.  I’m having it taken in another inch.

Otherwise, I rotate between feeling calm, excited, nervous, and anxious.  I’m having trouble winding down at night and waking up an hour before my alarm goes off in the morning.  I can’t wait to sleep on the honeymoon.

Me! I’m worrying about a lot of stuff I can’t really control anymore. Like whether my hair will look good, if people will be able to get to the venue alright, if guests will bail last minute and not show up. I’m working right up until the 10th and I’m finding it so hard to concentrate on anything other than the wedding!

@inexplicablecomfort:  I’m working through the 10th too.  It is so difficult to focus!

Forgot to mention above I have also started worrying about small details I swore I wouldn’t care about, like teeth whitening.

I’m worried about EVERYTHING! The only thing that’s helping is that I’m gonna be so happy when the day is here and all the planning is over, that hopefully I won’t care about all the stuff that’s going to go wrong!

I’m excited and nervous (of the things that might and probably will go wrong) and I just want to be married already!  I loved planning but I’m exhausted!  I have about 3 spaced out working days left until I’m off to hopefully relax and just pack up the things we need to give to the venue for set up.  I know I’m unintentionally stressing out!  My stomach has been going crazy and I’m trying to calm it down.  Ahh!!

The one other thing I’m a bit stressed about is if one coworker will bring her newborn or not.  She knows better and I’ve stressed it like crazy to her that we’re not having any children.  But she joked about a month ago about bringing the baby and I about killed her with the laser beam eye stare I gave her lol.  So let’s hope she’s not stupid and doesn’t bring a newborn to the wedding!

Everything is already done and planned for the wedding.  All that is left is buying the candy for the candy buffet.  Other than that, I’m all ready and just need to pack the stuff. I’m hoping I don’t forget anything!

My family are stressing me out! Apparently I’m being a bitch! Um no; I’m stressed and planning a wedding! Luckily I have 2 weeks school holidays here in Australia. Lots to do. I’m off to get a few things today!

I am getting stressed over things I can’t control. Like the fact that the owner of my venue has asked me 3 times who my caterer is, the caterer trying to charge me for 5 kids meals for children who do not exist, and the jeweler constantly telling me he will mail our rings and never does. Thankfully I’ve got people behind me, like FI’s family who knows the jeweler. Then there are the million little things floating around in my head. Then when I wrote it all down last night, it turned out to be a to do list of over 20 things. I thought this last little stretch into the wedding would be relaxing. haha!
