1. I wear my band most days such as those where I’ll be doing more things away from the house/not cleaning.

2. My rings are Sterling silver and I notice slight wear, can’t speak for gold though.

3. I have a half eternity band and it is extremely comfortable!

I have an eternity band and I love it. I’ve never had any issues with it. The ONLY drawback is that I ordered it online, and it is about a half size too big but I decided to keep it thinking it was good enough of a fit. It’s just a smidge too loose to wear it alone so I dont wear it by itself. But that’s just a sizing error on my part, it wouldn’t be an issue if i had gotten the correct size! I tend to wear my rings most days! And I’ve never thought they were uncomfortable at all. The pave in general takes a little getting used to if you are new to it, but nothing more than a few days.

I have a full bezel and it’s VERY uncomfortable. It digs into the sides of my fingers and I never wear it.

I have a half eternity and it’s very comfortable (when I’m trying it on as I’m not married yet).  I tried on full and they hurt!

I have a full eternity and I wear it 24/7. First I had a shared prong. It was set very low but the prongs stuck me, it was like wearing a needle cushion on my finger and the exposed girdles damaged my ering. Then I made the decision to have it remade and DK nailed it. Now it’s just perfect!! It’s smooth and sparkly and doesn’t do damage to the ering.

I had the shared prong for a year and it basically looked like new. It was platinum. The new one I’ve had for 3 month, 18k wg, and it also looks like new.

I do literally everything my rings on.

I have several eternity bands and they are all comfortable, the underside doesn’t really get to banged up that I’ve noticed. The white gold ones seems to scratch, the metal not the diamonds, a tad more than my rose gold ones…they are all 10k. The pic shows my white gold and rose gold stacks however I switch up which one I wear with my erings because it is not so comfortable all three together! Good luck in your decision to buy one.

I have a 3/4 eternity band. And I love love love it. The only time I find it uncomfortable is when I have to take it off for a few days. Then when I put it back on it does hurt for a couple days till my skin gets used to it. Mine has prongs though so yours might not do that.

I wear mine through everything EXCEPT the gym and heavy lifting during cleaning. My other channel set diamond band developed a problem because I never thought wearing it to the gym and to lift stuff was an issue. But to counter some of the extra wear that I do that some don’t I just show up at my jewellers a lot more often to make sure everything is still in good shape and I wear gloves during cooking and dishes as well as light cleaning so it doesn’t get covered in crap.

I don’t think you can really go wrong with a half eternity band both of my sets have them and they’re so comfortable. I had a full eternity band once and it was the most uncomfortable ring I’ve ever worn and rubbed on my finger next to it

I have two full eternity bands: one bezel, one pave, and plan to add more. I don’t find them uncomfortable at all. Mine are platinum and I haven’t noticed any wear. (I don’t wear the pave band every day.)

I’m a second time bride and my ring size has increased by a full size over the years–if I was younger I’d go with a 3/4 eternity to have the option to resize. You can always add beads to keep them from spinning and help with the seasonal size fluctuation.

I have a 3/4 French pave eternity band that I wear every day. I only take it off to put lotion on after I shower. Granted I’ve only been married 2.5 weeks, but so far there hasn’t been any wear or damage to the diamonds or platinum.
