@Coral99:  I like that! I’m going to repeat that to myself every time I get frustrated. But it’s true. I’m a late bloomer in general. I’m so happy I didn’t hop on the “wrong train” earlier than I was meant to. That could have been a disaster!! πŸ™‚ Good luck to you and don’t let anyone scare you into trying before you’re ready.

@mrs_pudding_pop:  Take your time it’s a personal choice! Enjoy your alone time together while you can because once babies come in the picture than all the focus will be on them!

@Coral99:  We sure did!  It was absolutely lovely… And as we’re in the middle of a midwest winter I am wishing we were back in the warmth again!

I’m afraid I won’t be posting recaps since I like to keep my anonimity somewhat. πŸ˜‰  How did yours go?

@Coral99:  I’m turning 35 in two weeks! I’ve found TTC the most frustrating time of my life, which is a pity sincs it coincides with out first year of marriage. We’ve been TTC since the beginning of March last year and had a mmc at 10 weeks in November. This is our first cycle TTC again and it’s as stressful as ever.

Ive heard about realt butter! My acupuncturist has given me a bit of advice:

no aspartimine, ibuprofen  or caffeine

use of microwaves to a minimum, apparently takes all the nutrition out of food

take bcomplex vitimins

lots of green veg – I make salads every day now

avoid wheat: i eat spelt bread now which I make myself

Avoid dairy but eat lots of eggs

Ive a feeling some of this is just for healthy diet but may be worth doing

I will add on the diet front to avoid fish with mercury like tuna (canned or in sushi) or any other fish high in mercury.

@Coral99:  My acupuncturist told me to avoid it because it’s really hard on your liver. But I’d also read in my plan to get pregnant book that it can delay ovulation, prevent implantation and cause MCs. I have AF now and paracetemol does nothing for it but I refuse to take ibuprofen!!
