I started a thread for a workout challenge a few days ago but put it in the wellness tab (i’m a new bee, didn’t even see fitness) Check it. Weekly measuring and weighing in. Plus i think it helps if other pl tell you what they are doing to work out and eat to keep you motivated. Lets do it!!!!

Sunnygal and Danielle: I’ve jumped over the SUnnygal’s thread… I’ll participate there! I’ve been exercising almost every day. I think it’s going well, on that front. The eating front????? no one would ever guess that i was trying to get a bit fitter before a wedding that is now…. 49 days away??????!!!!
