    No. I would never do that or consider it. My e-ring is too important to me. : (79 votes)

    No, because I don't have any other rings I'd want to switch, but I would if I could. : (16 votes)

    Yes, but only for a stand-in to keep my e-ring safe. (Leave pictures!) : (22 votes)

    @lenabee:  The only time I “switch” my ring is when I go to work. I dont want to bang my ring or have it get caught on anything so I wear my promise ring which is pretty flat. When I get married I will purchase a plain white gold band to wear to work.

    I wear my regular ring all the time but wear the “stunt double” when I’m planning to get dirty or be rough on my hands. It’s just a SS twisty ring with CZs, no main stone on it.

    Edit: I do switch my RHR (my class ring) for my mom’s class ring on her birthday every year in memory of her. Happens to be tomorrow, actually.

    @lenabee:  When my ring was being repaired I wore an heirloom because my hand felt weird without it. I will probably have many times when I’ll just wear my wedding band without my ering. But other than that, no. I like that my Fiance picked my ring for me and I don’t think I’d want to treat it like any other ring.

    @lenabee:  I am crazy in love with my ering. I wear it every chance I get…

    BUT, once I get my band I plan to switch sometimes and wear different rings on that finger. I accessorize a lot. So I see myself doing this occasionally in the future after we are married.

    @lenabee:  Yep! But only for work, I wear a plain band. I love my real set so much, I want to wear it all the time! So I only switch to the plain band when I HAVE to.

    @lenabee:  I have 2 E-rings that I switch between all the time, and sometimes wear one on each hand ๐Ÿ™‚

    Here they are (with the future wedding bands each will be worn with in a few months!):

    @lenabee:  I have a bunch of bands and “erings”(8 bands, 4 erings) that I switch around all the time. My ring finger likes to swell a lot, it ranges from a 4.5-5.75, so they’re in various sizes so I never have to be ringless.

    I actually kind of wanted a yellow or rose gold set to wear sometimes when my regular platinum just doesn’t go with what I’m wearing (hey, it happens! I have a lot of gold accessories!), but Darling Husband was quite offended by it so I dropped it, lol. I bought a pretty morganite and rose gold ring for my right hand instead.

    I switch between three sets… top is custom made natural sapphire and diamond bezel set 18 ct yg, second is original diamond set 18ct wg, and last is custom 14 ct wg OEC stack. I love to switch it up. My husband does not mind at all, as long as I don’t switch him out. I plan on getting a honking emerald cut set once our house is paid for.

    @lenabee:  I do!

    Here is my original set:

    A set I recently sold:

    And my newest addition, a solitaire which I intend to put into a Gabriel & Co cushion halo setting eventually:

    I never switch mine out! My ring is very unusual looking, and is made from heirloom jewelry that belonged to my grandma. I kinda feel like it’s doubly special to me since it’s from both my fiance and my family in a way.
