I am wearing cowboyboots for pictures and the ceremony. For reception, my bridesmaids and I will be wearing crochet Tom’s (mine blue, of course). Each of the bridesmaids will be getting a pair in their Day-Of gift basket.

I am DEF not wearing heels on my wedding day! Not due to a height issue – I just want to be comfortable without my feet hurting! And no one will be able to see my toes!

I’ll probably find some kind of pretty pair of flats or sparkly sandals.

I have not decided if I will be wearing heels.  I’m 6’0 and my Fiance is 6’5, so it wouldn’t look weird if I was standing next to just him with heels on… but my bridemaids are all very short, and so are both of my parents, so my Fiance and I would be on average 6-8 inches taller than everyone around us.

@futuremrswood25:  I’m wearing flip flops (not a beach wedding). I just wanted comfort and I don’t wear heels normally. I also don’t wanna be complaing about my feet hurting that night either!!

I don’t put myself through the agony of heels so I won’t torture myself on my wedding day either.  I’m waiting for my TOMS ballet flats to ship because I hear they are the most comfortable shoe you can wear on your wedding day ($84).  http://www.toms.com/womens/shoes/ballet-flats/petal-ballet-flats/s   The only problem with the TOmS brand is that the back has “TOMS” stitched into the heel – I may cover it up with a bow or rhinestone applique.   I also found wonderful, amazingly comfy flats at DSW (Audrey Brooke Newport Flats, $60) in a variety of colors (and my feet don’t slip out of them either like they usually do with flats!)  http://www.dsw.com/shoe/audrey+brooke+newport+flat?prodId=276712&productRef=SEARCH  Hope this helps 🙂

I’m actually a couple of inches taller than Fiance, so I’ll definitely be wearing flats. Cant walk in heels anyways!

@futuremrswood25:

I wanted to wear flats (because I’m not used to heels), but still wanted something pretty.  I did want to be able to wear my shoes again, and I also didn’t want to spend a fortune (yay $40!).  I wore khussa shoes:

They also come in different colours if you’re not into blue.  I ordered them online.

Betsey Johnson Smoooch! It was so nice to be in flats. And my sweetie and I are the same height in stocking feet, giving the illusion that he is a smidge taller in his dress shoes.
