Hi Bees! I’m trying to get dress ideas and I’d love to see photos of you in a dress that doesn’t have any lace! It’s been a lot harder to find online than I’d thought, especially since I’m open to any kind of sleeve length, skirt, or color. Thanks ahead of time!

Mine is chiffon 😊 I wanted something simple and inexpensive but still elegant.

I’m an old married bee 😇 I was purposely looking for a lace dress. I tried on heaps but they just didn’t give me that feeling. The bridal consultant showed me a dress that she said had no hanger appeal but looked great on everyone who tried it. I was super hesitant as it had lots of structure and interest with how the fabric was sewn but no lace and a few strategically placed appliqués and beading. I almost passed it up but when I put it on I blubbered like a big baby. I did however get my lace in my veil. Because my dress was so unadorned I was able to rock a really detailed lace veil!!
Don’t go with preconceived ideas on a dress. Try stuff on and ask for recommendations from the sale consultants. They know their stuff!

Mine is silk – I was adamant I didnt want lace and definitely wanted pockets x

Mine was from Rosa Clara and silk mikado. It had a removable train and pockets, which are the best.

I had a lace dress but I absolutely love your no lace dress.

Silk organza. Not a stich of lace! However I do have lace on the veil, but I love that a no lace dress makes it stand out!❤️

I wore Rebecca Schoneveld, a designer out of Brooklyn, NY. Many (if not all) of her designs are without lace.
