Hey ladies! So, I ordered a gorgoes gown for my wedding, and I love it. But I have been LONGING for a tea length 50’s style gown! I LOVE Dolly Couture dresses, and totally want to get one, but I always thought it was a bit rediculous to wear your wedding dress for a little bit and then change because I spent a couple thousand dollars on the first dress. Is anyone else doing this? And if so, how did you justify it?

On one hand I’d love to get myself a different dress for the evening party — how often do we get a chance to really go all out and dress up after all? 🙂
But at the same time I also want to wear my wedding dress as long as I possible can and show it to as many people possible hahaha.
Plus, buying a seperate dress for the reception/party just really doesn’t fit the budget either I think (though obviously an evening dress would cost so much less then my wedding gown).
Lucky for me a close friend of mine is getting married just a couple of weeks before we are, so I’ll just pick out a lovely dress for her wedding and all.

I’m doing this. I’ll wear my wedding gown for the ceremony and dinner, then change into a shorter dress for dancing.
