If so how long have you been doing it and have you seen changes? I don’t want to lose weight, I just want to tone up and have been looking for something to help me. Fiance got me Zumba for Wii for Christmas since I begged for it. I played it once but he also got me Just Dance 2 and that’s all I’ve been playing lately. I tried Insanity but it just can’t hold my interest. I tried Zumba again recently and am liking it, I sweat almost immediatley and feel muscles working but it doesn’t feel like a workout which I need. I started to add 5 lb weights to tone my arms but I would probably only do that 2x a week. I figure I will do the 45 min workout at least 5x per week. Think I will see results in the near future?

I have Zumba and Zumba Rush for the Xbox360 kinect, and I think they are very similar, except the kinect obviously tracks your whole body. They kick my butt if I “bring it” (I can dog a workout and not get super tired, but what’s the point in that?) so I think the key with getting results from Zumba is really giving it your 100%.
I have Just Dance 3 for the Kinect and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I play that more than Zumba because I like the songs better and feel like I’m dancing instead of cardio-busting.
I have noticed that my arms are getting more toned and after Zumba my butt and core are burning.

I have been using the Zumba for Wii, and I have noticed some toning in my arms, but I also take spin class and ballet class three times a week, so it could be from that as well. Adding weights may help, especially if you want to tone. Zumba is a cardio workout, which will help you drop weight, but not necessarily tone.
Have you thought about yoga? That would be great for toning!

@pharmy: I have Zumba Rush too and when you work hard it really does kill you! I’m slowly learning the dances, but so far it’s great – regardless of how stupid I look!
