I am getting married outside in the grass and on a dock…I don’t want to wear a shoe with a heel but definitely need a lift since my groom is about a foot taller than me! If there are any brides who wore wedges as their wedding shoes, can you please post a picture and tell me where you found them! Thank you!

I would love to see some picture as well. I am in the same situation. Im getting married outdoors in the grass and I am worried of my heels sinking in stilletos. But I need the height, so I was thinking about wedges, but all the wedges Ive seen are very causual and not what I am looking for.

Before our venue changed I was looking for bridal wedges. I found a bunch at http://www.myglassslipper.com/, and also found some at Endless.com.

These are what I bought, I was planning to put a little ivory flower on them. But my dress came in last week and it is shorter then the store sample, so they are actually too high for my dress. So flats it is for me! I found these at Aldo shoes. http://www.aldoshoes.com/ca-eng/clearance/womens-shoes/wedges/78796088-pyanowski/17

I bought mine at the mall after a lot of searching, and added the flowers myself. They are pretty casual but it worked for our garden wedding.
I’d suggest just trolling through the DSW or Zappos websites and be open to a couple colors to make the search easier.

Also take a look on Amazon.com. I’m in the same situation and found a lot there. I haven’t bought anything yet, because we’re waffling between church vs. outside. Good luck!
