I’ll be wearing the same dress for the ceremony as well as the reception – so I picked a dress that I’ll be able to wear for both and not have to worry about getting it dirty or not being able to dance in it:

At this point, I’m already worried about all the stuff I need to bring for the wedding – so even if I wanted to, I can’t use bag space for a second dress.

@queenbee33:  I thought about doing this as I wil lbe getting married in Cuba and I’m sure it will be super hot!!!! But I just cant see me spending $900 on my wedding dress that I will only wear for the 20 minute ceremony and pictures so I decided to wear it all night. I choose a dress that wasnt tool heavy but still a traditional type wedding dress. Here she is. I figure if its hot then maybe I will sweat and lose some weight at the same time lol

I did, wedding dress for civil ceremony  couple photos, catholic ceremony, first dance and dinner

Reception dress for 4 hours of receptiom. Short, white flowy  chiffon with a beaded detail on the bodice

I loved my dress but the layers and layers  at the bottom made me feel like i was walking through water  and felt far more heavy than a normal dress. Also got photos with 2 different looks

I have 2 dresses: tea length tulle one for the beach ceremony and a short one for the evening.

@Barash:  Nice!!!!! I bet you cant wait to go! Your weddiong is just after mine and I cant wait any longer!!!! After looking at your picture I think I might get a second dress cause I’m scared I might melt in my dress if I wear it all day!
