That’s where I asked my FH to get my ring from. He (secretly) flew over there to check them out in person and they must be wonderful because he recently asked me to give him my sizing and style info. I stalk their IG religiously, including tagged photos for non-brand owned photos of the rings.    Hope to see someone share their experience with the rings here!

I love their Harlow setting. It looks very similar to Ring Concierge’s Signature Antique setting!

i did email back and forth with the owner a few times and she was very helpful and prompt with her responses.

I just got mine from them a few days ago! I fell in love with them too and messaged back and forth a few times with whoever manages the facebook and instagram and etsy haha. My Fiance, oh thats a fun word now haha, ordered mine from them while he was on deployment, they secretly met him in person when we were in Charleston a few weeks ago, like at a gas station while we were driving through town secret meeting to get mine. I am so so sad because I’ve been wearing my ring for three days (take it off to shower, sleep, and wash my hands) however, one of the stones on my micropave fell off. I messaged the Etsy and I’m going to send it back and get it fixed. Hopefully this isn’t a reoccuring problem!

My SO and I met with them two weeks ago in LA by appointment. I want a complete custom ring and brought a picture of what I want. They took down all the details and asked me a lot of questions to make sure they wrote down exactly what I wanted. My SO is also getting a small micropave band for my daughter and they made sure to size her and get the details noted for her as well. They answered all our questions and were super helpful. They took down my SO contact information so the owner could reach out to him with a quote and details. The owner is in the east coast. For now, it’s just a waiting game on my end. Im super excited and nervous, because I am super picky on detail and hope it comes out exactly as I asked for. Will post updates as they come.

I got my ring back today after loosing the stone! It was slightly large on my finger after getting it over the knuckle so somehow I bent the shank. My fault, so I asked if I could size down while it was with them. I sent the ring back to them and they fixed and sized it down a little bit so hopefully it doesn’t happen again! Their customer service is phenomenal.

Our experience has been anything but enjoyable. My SO has been in contact with them for weeks now. He initially told them what we wanted, and then took another couple of weeks to select a stone. Since we are out of town it was very frustrating having to do all coordinating over social media; there was no phone call or video chat abilities. My SO has told me my ring has been paid for in full and has no idea where it is, what stage it is at, when it’s shipping, nothing. It has been two weeks now and had to tell me because he knew I would be disappointed not receiving it on our upcoming vacation as planned. No doubt the ring will be beautiful, but not quite the experience either of us were hoping for.

Love the designs, don’t love the customer service.
