Has anyone else had any other experiences with this company? I’ve been in contact with them and told them my concerns about the reviews I had read and they assured me I would be taken care of. I still have some doubts. Has anyone else had any negative or positives with this company?

Madison3 :  I know what you mean about doubts, I didn’t go with them in the end since I got a better price and feeling from another vendor.

Hey, my fiance got my ring from Olive Avenue Jewelry. They have really delicate bands too.

After he proposed, we recently ordered wedding rings from them, and they came out great too.

I’m in love with their Harlow ring 😍 would love something similar but closer to home. I’m in Canada and the duties would be insane. 🙃

I also decided not to go with them. I couldn’t get past the bad reviews. I highly suggest Princess Bride Diamonds. I custom made my ring and they just sent us a video of the finished product and I am in shock how perfect and beautiful it is. They have the Colvard and Charles moissanite stones, which for me are the most beautiful. They definitely work around your budget.

So interesting! I have been in the talks with East/West for weeks now and they are always extremely prompt with me and assuring. They created the ring that i used to drive my inspiration with other companies so i somewhat would feel bad having someone else recreate a ring with minor changes… we met with the true gem a few weeks ago but i found discripencies that I didn’t like…

Madison3 :  I’ve been looking at True Gem Co too! Just out of curiousity, what were the discrepencies you didn’t like?
