Since im having an destination wedding in the area i have decided to invite all wedding guest to the rehersal/ welcome dinner at the venue which is a rental home! I wanted it to be really relaxed but didnt want to do the cooking myself. Since there will be about 70 people i thought maybe we could try Moe’s offsite catering?! Planned on doing a taco bar, taco salad bar, and their fajita bar which all come with chips, salsa, chafing dished and plates and silverware with all the other fixins… then i would provide margaritas to go with! Any experience with this? Any other affordable rehersal dinner options in the area?

Fairwinds4linda: Super old post but I’ve used Moe’s to cater office luncheons, they do a good job and it’s very affordable. They deliver and set up with foil chaffers and sternos to keep it warm, everything is dispoable for easy clean up. Their logo is on a ton of stuff so it’s not exactly elegant but for a back yard bbq, self-serve buffet type affair it’s great. The taco or fajita bar comes with plenty of toppings and the burritos come individually wrapped in foil but not many options beyond if you want queso or guac to go with the chips (which they bring TONS of).
