Other than the fact that it seems that NO ONE can read directions and fill out our cards correctly (we’ve had to call and clarify with quite a few people), we got the funniest rsvp yesterday. The guest couldn’t figure out how to fill out the card so she texted my Future Mother-In-Law and confused the crap out of her! The text just said “We are all in for the wedding. All 5 of us are chickens.” The look on her face was hilarious!

We had a few- we have an online rsvp on our wedding website and it’s scary how many people can not fill out a simple online response. When they respond there is an area for a comment- this was the funniest so far from my cousins husband:
“Cant wait for the wedding. The web page is great and I’m excited for both of you. I checked out the bride and groomsmen. Looks like a fun bunch and I cant wait to throw back a few shots and bust a move with. My Mike Jackson moves may have to out”
Apparently my guests can’t type or spell either hahaha 🙂

My granny put a heart instead of a checkmark next to “will attend”, which made me smile, but that’s the only out of the ordinary RSVP we’ve gotten so far.

An RSVP with no name but a note that they don’t wany any black pepper and several food stains. Really?!?!?!?
Then the RSVP with 12 people noted but was addressed to Mr and Mrs. I let the Fiance handle that one.

I’d upload the picture of it, but I am at work right now… one of my bridesmaids drew a scene on the back where I was bridezilla and her and my fiance were driving off to Vegas together. It honestly made. my. day.
I love the ones I get that say “love you guys” or “wouldn’t miss it”… any extra note added makes me smile!

I love how noone can read directions! Please initial your entree choice (especially if there are 2 people)- so they put a check mark next to their dinner- hope you dont get the wrong dinner! Our response cards were worded “accepts with pleasure” or “declines with regret” so FI’s cousin wrote a note on her response “what if I wanted to accept with regret or decline with pleasure, luckily that is not the case!” That made me laugh and it is nice when they write a little note inside!

We just got the RSVP back from the judge who is marrying us. We sent her and her husband a formal invite because they are also friends. She wrote on it “of course we will be there, I’m marrying you! Duhhhh!!!!” LOL Funny getting that from the judge

I really hope I get some funny/cute RSVPs. I love future mrs Q‘s Granny putting a heart instead of a tick!

I’ve gotten lots of fun ones! 🙂 Faves include:
1. Mr & Mrs. <funny nickname> (who is in the wedding party), and next to the “Wouldn’t miss it for the world” they added “….duh.”
2. My sister added a meal option for her dog to include: “Purina chx & rice mix and a rawhide bone”
3. One of my friends crossed out part of the “will celebrate from afar” and added in Can’t wait, so now it reads “Wouldn’t miss it for the world….Can’t wait to celebrate!!” with a thousand smiley faces.
