@ninjajane: In LOVE with your ring! My sis came over the other day and we were talking about canary diamonds and I showed her your ring. We both agree it has got to be the most amazing canary diamond and setting ever! Wear it proudly for all of us!

@ninjajane: Oh that IS nifty & you’re right, I didn’t notice! I love little hidden details about rings that make the truly special :] I have recently realized that I love double halo’s and I like dainty split shanks like yours as well! I think I wouldn’t have the courage to go split shank just because I have seen so many split shanks that I don’t think are executed as nicely as yours. Another split shank that I lovee is lanany10, don’t know if you’ve seen hers..

Glad my comment made you smile :] I’ll definitely post my ring when I get it & see if you like it too!

@ninjajane: I love your ring! I named mine something similar, “Sunny” 🙂

My fiance used a yellow sapphire that belonged to his great-great grandmother. We had the setting made at a jeweler in Northern Virginia. I cannot overemphasize how much I love my ring!

I am loving all the yellow stones  everyone’s ring is gorgeous!  I had told my fiance I wanted a citrine ring.  I was married once before and wanted something totally different.  Here’s what he gave me:  (this is my first time posting a picture – hope it comes out okay!)

Not the best pic (and sorry so giant – I can’t figure out how to make it smaller!)  That said, I love my yellow stone – its so different from what most people I know have!

@bostongirl2: Thats very pretty! I’m digging the citrine cut :] Looks a little like checkerboard cut but that might just be the slag name for what I think it looks like.

Everyone’s rings are gorgeous! I don’t have a yellow stone–although I originally wanted a yellow sapphire for my e-ring, my Fiance had different plans 🙂 In another life, I will definitely have one! They’re so beautiful!

@Kat: It’s a checkerboard cushion cut – which I didn’t even know about until I got my ring.  I love it – it really adds depth to th stone!

My dream ring is a pear cut canary diamond in a halo setting.  Sigh….
