@ForeverBirds:  I would say talk to the admissions office at the grad programs you are interested in, and think about what area of healthcare administration you are most interested in pursuing. Some schools are really selective and some will literally take anyone with an open wallet. I would lean towards the business degree being more useful but that’s just my perception from working in healthcare and interacting with some of the administrative folks.

I’m an MBA student focusing in Public Sector Accounting, so I’m not sure on the healtcare sector, but I would definetly stay for the scholarship!  Which program will be easier to switch into, and graduate from?  Have you done your degree audit yet?

As far as which one will go better for the MBA, I would look at which side you prefer – soft or hard.  What I mean is, are you a people person, or do you love doing numbers?  I love numbers, so the Business Management degree made sense for me, but I can not imagine working in HR.
