Me and Darling Husband are trying to loose wieght. We are going to join a gym this weekend, and start eating healthier. My biggest problem is in the morning. I am in such a hurry to get out the door, i dont make myself breakfast, in stead i drive through somewhere and order something completley unhealthy. I was wondering if any of you Bees had any suggestions on something quick, easy, good, and semi on the cheap side to make for breakfast. Thank you! 🙂

I usually grab some fruit, Greek yogurt and granola! Easy and delish, plus no cooking needed!

I find the key to breakfast is protein and convenience.
For convenience, can’t beat frozen breakfast sandwiches. I always see the ones advertised by Jimmy Dean that are 300 or less calories. They just need to be microwaved for a minute or two and you can easily eat in the car.
If you get then at a warehouse store like BJs or Sams they are not too expensive. I also like the prepackedness so I can count specifically how many calories.
