I ordered my dress from Jays Bridal in Gainesville Fl. I live in SC though. In the bridal salon I tried it on in, the dress was going to be a little over $1400. Jay’s offers a deep discount on some designers if you order online through them. I got my dress for $760 with free shoes (up to $50), free veil/tiara (up to $120) and a garment bag. I was able to talk to someone in their store if I had questions. They carry Mon Cheri dresses. I would also suggest http://www.netbride.com. They carry Mon Cheri too. I got some price quotes from them and they have great reviews. Both have a brick and motar store. Good luck!!

@jamie.w: I ordered from Jay’s as well. They were super helpful, and apparently they’ve been in business for over 50 years. There aren’t very many places I’d spend that kind of money on a dress without ever having seen the place, but they seemed entirely trustworthy. I’ll be able to give a more detailed review once my dress gets here..
