We served pie. 🙂 You could do various flavors of pies… maybe with ice cream.

We’re doing a fruit and petite cakes, mouse, creme brulee table.  Not that unique but I think yummy.

Well, we are doing a Margarita Bar, Nacho Bar, and Taco Bar/Station – but we are having a Cinco de Mayo wedding. Just throwing those out there though in case you have an interesting theme you could work off of?

I’d be tempted to do a cookie bar. I LOVE cookies.

How about just chocolate candies?

Coffee Bar?

Tea?

Fruits?

Snowcones?

Smoothies?

pancakes?

Cheesecakes?

European Sodas?

Milkshakes?

Mini Pizzas?

Does it have to be themed?  We went with plain ‘ol dessert station and had candy, cupcakes, cookies, dessert shooters, etc…

@KoiKove: ooh funnel cakes! that’s a great one

We did a candy bar, but at 10pm we did cookies and milk. We called the place that supplies the milk for school lunches in the little cartons. They charged us $0.17 for them a piece. Cheapest and best idea I had.

We had giant cookies served half an hour before the end of the reception.

If it’s the norm to have all those goodies in your circle, you could be different just by being traditional and doing a lavish cake!

Darling Husband feels like he should weigh in on this. He said a HOSTESS buffet. Twinkies, sno-balls, funny bones, etc.

BROWNIE BAR. 🙂 You could have all types of different brownies. White chocolate brownies, almond brownies, chocolate chip brownies, and you can offer things like vanilla bean ice cream or hot fudge to top them with. Cherries would also be a nice touch!

Maybe a smoothie bar?
