@coffeeeeee:  Wow! The gown looks absolutely amazing!  It’s so so shimmery and it fits you beautifully!  Your hair looks great too. I like that it has a structured softness to it.

I really like the earring your posted before. The gold in them compliments your shoes in a subtle way.  If you are looking for other options, Etsy has a bunch of earrings that I really like that won’t break the bank.

are a few that I liked.

I got the call that my dress came in today!  It’s like six weeks early. I am excited to go see it (not so excited about paying it off, lol). I feel like when I see it tomorrow, it will hit me that it is truly mine!!!

@FlapperGal:  Ooh thanks for all of those. I like the colored ones, but I think I’m going to stick to neutral for the earrings. I really like the 3rd ones you posted!

Are you going to take photos tomorrow with your dress???

I think the second one would look absolutly amazing with your dress! But of course make sure you get something you love that’s the most important thing =)

@coffeeeeee:  Love those earrings!  You are making me want to get some color on my palate too!  I am glad that you found something you liked on Etsy.  When I was shopping around I was surprised at how affordable most of the jewelry was.

The girl at the bridal salon was super weird when she called me yesterday.  First, she wanted my payment over the phone.  I said I really wanted to come in and see it before I paid it off, which she said was a good idea, but I would need an appointment.  (Not sure why she just didn’t ask me to make an appointment in the first place.)

So, I made the appointment for today, but I don’t even know if they are having me try it on or what.  None of my friends can come because it’s short notice, so I am on my own.  Don’t know if I want the first time I try on my dress to be with strangers in the salon.  I might just wait until one of my friends can come with me for that “OMG! YOU LOOK AMAZING!!!” moment.

@FlapperGal:  i’m loving the little bits of color (clearly!). I think it’d be fun to bring a friend with you. not that you need reassurance bc your dress is AMAZING.

I’m a little freaked bc i lost about 7 lbs since I bought my dress and I was planning on losing abotu 10 more before the wedding. When I tried it on last week, it was definitely too big already. I know i’m not a seamstress so I have no idea how these things work, but she’ll be able to take it in, right? I mean, my dress only really has to fit in the bust and the rest is flowy. but there is so much detail and beading I’m worried she won’t be able to do it. I’m not going to my first fitting until May or June and I’ll plan to maintain my weight after that. Do I have anything to worry about or should I just lose the weight i was planning to lose before the first fitting and she’ll be able to handle it? she’s the salon’s seamstress and is familiar with JPs.
