I made some juices occasionally in the summer. I don’t have much advice but I personally think it’s a great way to get more vitamins and nutrients, but I don’t think it serves a much greater purpose. My favorite was apple, carrot, ginger!

@mrsalexander:  I have done several juice fasts, but I almost never juice otherwise because I feel its such a pain! I think it’s awesome for when you’re feeling under the weather too, boosts the immune system!

Kale is my favorite green to juice, love it with pineapple, carrots, and lemon!

I juice every morning for my Fiance and I. We call it “green juice”, I only put green veggies & fruits in it (and one orange for sweetness). Kale, swiss chard, romaine & green leaf lettuces, cucumber, ginger, spinach, pear… it’s a lot of work every morning but it’s the best way for us to get some greens in us every day. Our schedule is just too packed to cook every night.

I love juicing!  Once you get used to cleaning the juicer thoroughly (and efficiently) it’s a breeze.  There’s a ton of recipes here http://www.jointhereboot.com
