Mine was handmade for me too!  Dude and I worked with a local jeweler to come up with something that I loved.  I think it’s funny that many custom designs have a bezel setting and you can’t really find many off the rack.  Mine is a bezel set 1.8 ct moissanite (unenhanced).  My ring size is 5.5 and the ring is made of palladium and 18k gold.

mine started off as a stock design, but had them make some changes so that it would have deeper symbolism for me.

Yep, we worked with a custom jeweler because his fam gave us several rings and stones to make use of.

Mine are 100% hand made from scratch. I know I post my rings alot, but I absolutely love them. They were made locally in Pittsburgh at a little goldsmithing shop. I know every e-ring is a beautiful treasure, no matter where it’s from, but I really think there is something to say about a ring that’s handmade.

@acetylenequeen:  I love your ring, gorgeous! I always think three stone bezels are so interesting.

Mine were handmade by an Etsy vendor. He designs, makes his own alloys, casts/handforges, sets and polishes it all. Also bezeled, with brushed gold, and small champagne and cognac diamonds flushset into the matching bands. Though all my rings were designs he already offered in some similar variation, he still had to make mine from start to finish, and he designed and set the solitaire to fit closely to the bands and with a moissanite I provided. I love them and feel like I am wearing art on my finger!

@teabiscuit:  Thanks tea! Yours is gorgeous – I am not sure I had seen it before. I love how detailed the hand carving/engraving is, and that the milgraining carries all around the shank like that! Such a lovely vintage feel to it!

@acetylenequeen:  Love your ring!  I’ve been thinking of setting my right hand right (a present from my grandma more than 20 years ago) to be bazel setting (currently in simple 3 stone setting).

My E-Ring (platinum setting) is hand made in Canada.  My Fiance picked out the style and order it to fit my 3.75 ring size.

My ring was handmade by an Etsy vendor as well.  She had over 700 ring designs she had done in the past – I picked a few I liked and we went from there to design my one of a kind custom piece.  My band is combined with the “engagement ring” portion of my ring.  I didn’t want to deal with soldering them together later, and didn’t want a wide shank around the bottom for comfort’s sake.  I LOVE my piece.  I’ve had a lot of compliments, and I know that it’s a very personal piece that’s not for everyone – but I LOVE it, and that’s all that matters.  ๐Ÿ™‚
