I think you can totally get a straight band instead of curved band, I think your reasoning makes perfect sense. I chose to get a simple band that doesn’t match my ring beacuse I commute on the train, and I didn’t want anything too flashy. I think more and more woman are choosing non matching sets. Have you tried on a straight band to see if you like it with your e-ring?

My band is custom using my great grandmother’s ring… but I love the mismatched-ness πŸ˜‰ I also love ones that match though! My fiancee has a solitaire and an enhancer, but also a plain white gold band…

My set is mismatched. The band is a vintage band, the ring is new. They are soldered together.

I ended up going with a matching band, but I tried on mismatching ones and took pictures. So I’ll share! πŸ™‚
