(Closed) Any low-carb bees out there?

@QueenOfSerendip:  I’m in transition…one thing I’ve read that I want to do more is use lettuce to make wraps and eggrolls. And I’ve seen “spaghetti” made out of squash but I’ve never done it myself. One time I made cupcakes and the mix had bean flour in it… Maybe a slightly gluten free diet would help but I’m not too sure.

I make these reallly tasty burgers with only a large portabello mushroom on the bottom. I cook the mushroom on the grill for a few minutes, add the burger patty, top with all the usual burger toppings (lettuce, onion, tomato, ketchup) then ill add an egg if I’m in the mood. Obv healthier if you use a turkey burger patty, but tastier with beef!

oh crap vegetarian i didnt see that! Use a morningstar patty? ha.

I looooove making spaghetti with spaghetti squash! It’s super easy (microwave for a few minutes depending on how large, and they scrape it out using a fork…instant spaghetti!) add sauce and you’ll have a hard time thinuking that you’re missing carbs:P
