Stick with it! I do it 3x a week, run once a week, and have been doing so for the past two months.  I fit into jeans that I formerly could only get into after a week with the stomach flu! I’ve been eating fewer calories too, but nothing drastic.  Jillian WORKS.

When I don’t want to do it, I tell myself that it’s twenty minutes.  I can spare twenty minutes to look and feel great!

I do the shred 3 times a week.  I also do Bikram Yoga 2 times a week.  I think that I am seeing a difference.

I only did it for about 20 days but I saw noticeable definition in my arms and way stronger abs. Jillian kicks butt!

I’ve been shredding 3-5x a week for the past 3 weeks.  I have not noticed any change in weight, but my body feels MUCH stronger and I am actually starting to get a little definition in my arms!  I am using it as a strength training system instead of a short-term “shred” and I have been very happy with it so far.  I do not think I would want to do it every day, as it would get old fast.  Stick with it!  By week 3 or 4 you will certainly notice a difference!

I have not noticed much physical difference, although my Fiance tells me that my arms looks “muscle-ly” and my pants look baggy.  But I do feel a difference in how strong I am.  I remember doing the Level 1 on the first day and I couldn’t even get through the whole thing.  Now Level 1 feels like nothing and I can almost do Level 3 easily.

agree with the other bees…

i have been doing the 30 DS for the past month or so… 5x a week. switching up a couple sessions with trouble zones and just recently added in burnt fat, booost metabolism (to keep the exercises fun and different).

i can’t say i’ve lost ## pounds. i’m relatively small for my height and was actually lookin to put on weight through muscle gain and definition. and its certaintly worked for me!

i am stronger, my abs are getting more defined, and even though i’ve gained scaled weight, my clothes fit me better (i am still the same size).

i just feel tighter everywhere, instead of the mush gush love handle fat!

ive always had this slight bump between my hips and legs… and even that is softening out to give me a true hourglass shape!

jillian is AMAZING! if she can get someone like me, ANTI GYM/WORKOUT person, to workingout 5x a week… she can work anyone!

@DCBridetoBe – I think you just move up the levels when the previous one stops being super hard.  I moved up to level 2 after a few days, but spent a while there before moving up to 3.  Now I switch up the levels so it doesn’t stay so repetitive, although if I do level 1, I use heavier weights.

I have been doing the Shred 5 days a week since October. It’s amazing. I got so many compliments over the holidays about how skinny I am now!

I don’t think I’ve lost weight. I may even have gained 5-7 lbs of muscle. I haven’t kept track of my inches, but I notice a big difference in my tummy–that little bulge right under my belly button has been flattening out. The sides of my waist are cut in; my Fiance loves running his hands over that curve! I feel a lot stronger and can now run a mile when I couldn’t before!

I only do Level 1 and 2. I was on level 1 for four months and then I moved up. I still do level 1 sometimes, like when I didn’t work out the previous day or feel sick or something.
