I’m a bit late joining but I’ve been doing meal planning. I had a fair bit in my freezer already which helped me out this weke. Here’s what our weekly menu looks like:
Monday- lunch was frozen vegetable soup, dinner was turkey/quinoa meatloaf with side asparagus.
Tuesday – lunch was leftover meatloaf, dinner was sole with broccoli and rice.
Wednesday – lunch was leftover meatloaf, dinner was chicken stir fry.
Thursday – lunch is leftover stirfry, we’re going out for Valentine’s dinner.
Friday – lunch will be frozen chili, dinner will be tilapia with broccoli and quinoa.
Saturday/Sunday – we are going to visit my parents so we will eat whatever is served.
