@mags2233:  I’m doing Insanity too!  It’s so awesome.  I got frustrated the first time I did it because the scale didn’t really move very much.  I realized that I had put on a ton of muscle though!  Did you do before pictures?  I didn’t notice the difference in my body until I put them side by side.  It’s a great workout!

I’m doing that and dieting right now.  I mostly eat vegetables and fruit (more veggies than fruit), I do 1 serving of protein every day (usually organic chicken), and I do a cup of brown rice every day.

@chloeburch:  Great work!

I got a letter in the mail from Weight Watchers asking me back (i’m a lifetime member) I’m currently around 1kg over goal. I would like to loose 2kg; 3 would be my ultimate! To be under 50kg would be ideal especially for when we decide to have kids as I’m likely to gain weight like nothing else. If my Mums genes are anything to go by. I just need to keep up the fitness routine. doing ZWOW, and Jillian Michaels too. I used to run too but I recently sprained my ankle and need to build up before I run again. I should go for a ride this weekend. Probably do a 40km road ride to the beach and back home. My problem is portions and chocolate, wine and cheese. I’m planing on listening to Jon Gabriels webinar which will be really interesting. I love his philosophy on weight loss.

Yep! Me! I’ve written about it on the bee before but I’m doing healthy eating/1200 cal/day and jillian michaels 30 day shred. I’ve lost around 7 pounds so far ( 2.5 weeks). Hoping to really start losing more soon!!

Keep up the good work ladies!

I LOVE Weight Watchers! I lost about 30lbs and have kept it off due to their awesome recipes. My fiance and I love the food and enjoy cooking together so it’s a win win. He and I have both lost a good amount of weight (he lost 25lbs) and we get to spend time together in the kitchen. I always feel like a sales woman for WW, but it’s just such a good program, encouraging portion control and eating fruits and veggies, rather than a fad diet. LOVE LOVE!. Haha, k I’m done now ๐Ÿ™‚

Congrats and good luck everyone!!!

I am down 16 lbs from my highest weight as of today!! And I cannot believe how great I feel! I have weighed less before, but I don’t think I’ve ever been in this good of shape in my life.

My plan is to (hopefully) lose at least around 12-15 lbs more by mid-late August, when I will have to go for my first fitting..I have my appointment set in the beginning of August right now, but I think I’m going to be changing it to give myself a bit more time! ๐Ÿ˜‰

I’ve been working out at least 30-40 minutes every single day, and eating no more than 1200 calories. I am also trying really hard to cut back on carbs and anything processed.

My Fiance recently bought Insanity, but neither of us has tried it yet so I might give that a try pretty soon!

@Missus_LLC:  I use fitness pal too! I love it.

It’s so nice to know what I can and can’t eat, what I should eat half of, etc. Not only does it encourage me to say no.but it also makes it so I can say yes and don’t feel guilty when I do eat something within my alotted calories! ๐Ÿ™‚

I joined myfitnesspal.com and am a calorie counting freak and exercise 5-6 times a week (about an hour each time). Sounds crazy, but I’m down 8 pounds in a month! Haha. I really just want to lose my tummy so I can be beach ready ๐Ÿ˜› I’m getting there.

I’m trying to get in shape, but trying to be kind to myself about the scale not being my guide. I’m not overweight at this point in time, which is fortunate, but I know that the pictures will all be a lot better if the love handles and arm flab disappear. So I’m trying to go by “how I look” versus “how much I weigh”. It’s… challenging, LOL.
