nightskyforest :  Glacier National Park, Montana! We’re big outdoors people, and that entire area is some of the most beautiful country I’ve ever seen!

futuremrsmcl :  Awesome! I was in Glacier in 2016 but only spent a couple of days, would love to go back! We’re big outdoors people too, we met through a hiking group 🙂

Yes i am 100% obsessed with my venue! Its not nearly as beautiful as some of these, but its perfect to us! the first three pics are photos i stole from google, and the last two of the inside i took the last time we were there.

ski lodge Chalet in the adirondack mountains, and absolute perfection in late september when the leaves are close to peak.

nightskyforest :  we love it so much we plan on moving up that way! We got engaged up there, and will be doing pictures in the park. It was very important that we got married somewhere beautiful that represented the two of us! Are you married? Did you get an outdooryish venue that fit your style?

futuremrsmcl :  I just got married on Sept. 28th. The venue was something I had to compromise on a bit since we only had a 7 month engagement, and I’m in a high cost of living area. I would’ve loved a barn, but they were all further away and quite a bit more expensive. However the venue we picked looked out on a river we kayak on and a peak we hike, so it has nice views and was in a meaningful spot to us, and only 10 minutes away. It had an outdoor deck and back patio so people could be outside too, which was nice. But your venue looks stunning! And how exciting that you’ll be moving to that area!

I am! Our venue is brand new, so I’ve been stalking their facebook and instragram to see what new changes they’ve made and how other brides have decorated the space.
