@minipenguin:  I’m doing Insanity.  It does get hard to continue sometimes.  This is my 2nd time going through Insanity.  And my 3rd time starting it, the first time about 2 years ago I quit after about 2 weeks.  I have a Facebook “support” group if you are interested in joining.  We keep each other motivated, accountable etc. 

If you are interested in joining my group is called Fire It Up.  It’s a closed group so you can request to join.  If you can’t find it message me your name and I’ll add you.  I think you’d benefit joining, seriously I have another girl who is trying Insanity again after quitting her first time as well.  So to keep her motivated I said I’d do it with her :).

I’m starting to follow the Tone It Up routine. I dont know if you can call it that. Its more a lifestyle change. These girls have an amazingly positive website and they give you weekly workout schedules and challenges.  I dont know if i will follow 100% because i like adding my own thing sometimes but i decided to start their workouts. I already eat fairly well but want to start more strength training.

@Brideonabudgetlauren:  That’s awesome!  Insanity was really a stepping stone for me.  After I finished I joined my gym and started taking classes that I had to pay extra for (so I couldn’t drop out).  The class I took is only offered in the fall and winter so now I’m back to home workouts like Insanity and I do a weight lifting class on Thursday and a Yogalates class on Saturday.  I’m so much more happier with how I feel and look.  I’ve even had people tell me I look more confident when I’m walking around at work.

@NurseMandie:  Yeah it is such a great program.  That’s awesome you’re pushing yourself to do so much even after being done!  I’ve finished 40 days of it before and stopped.  I would really like to do the whole thing this time!  They are coming out with Focus T25 this summer that I REALLY want to do, so I figured I would do this in the meantime!

@Brideonabudgetlauren:  The T25 is supposed to be awesome.  I’m a Beach Body Coach so I get a lot of the updates on what’s coming out, sales etc.  I really want to get my Fiance to start working out with me but he’s resistant.  Always making excuses.  I can lead a horse to water…

I just got tired of being a little chubby and uncomfortable.  I had a great Beach Body Coach who helped push me.  Then once I started seeing results it was the fire I needed.

@Brideonabudgetlauren:  Me too.  I signed up early for it but I’m thinking it won’t come out for another 2-3 months.  We never did get an exact date when it would be released other than Summer but I’m hoping its fairly soon.

I’ve alwasy done exercise videos and programs.  Right now I do 3 days a week of Insanity (going through the schedule exept for the recovery workouts), If I feel like it I do a toning video from Turbo Fire and her ab workout, and two spinning classes a week.  On the weekends if I feel like working out I will slip in the Turbo Fire toning and the 20 minute abs.  (Needless to say I love beachbody!)

I find that if I switch things up more often I don’t get bored.  Depending on the season I also do indoor volleyball as well as co-ed softball with my SO.

And T25…I CANT WAIT!

I literally just bought Hip Hop Abs from the guy who does insanity. Looked like more fun for me 😉 Gyms scare me and I don’t like running. I can’t do floor exercises because of my back so I’m hoping this is right up my alley. I’m tired of being fat and unhealthy so I’m doing something about it! Plus, it was only $20 so what the hell. Haha.
