I am a size 18 and my Fiance is a frikkon body-builder. Thank God that means he is not skinny (we are about the same “size”) but talk about a mismatch. lol. It’s unnerving actually…I ballooned to a 22 earlier this year and I thought he would leave me. He is ont attracted to the BBW type, but he stuck it out because he loved me for me. That’s a real credit to him, others in his macho, looks-obsessed world would have run like heck from me…

He likes my big booty- what can I say? I don’t know if it was mostly/firstly a physical attraction or a personality attraction between us- but there is a 40 pound difference.
Funny thing is- I had to convince him he was a size small. Now I wear all of his leftover medium t-shirts.

@SweetheartDealer: My Fiance is one inch taller than me and about 50lbs lighter too. I can’t really wear heels around him because I would be towering over him and it makes me feel awkward because i’m already bigger than him, i don’t want to be taller than him too. But we love each other and people say we look so cute together (mainly because were both so short)

@evalague: rock your curves! I think a guy is more likely to leave an insecure woman than a curvy woman! I’m sure you’re beautiful. He knows it & now you need to know it. He doesn’t deserve kudos for staying with you. Honestly, if he ever stops bodybuilding– its going to turn into fat. It happened to my friend. lol so hold onto that tidbit.
My Fiance and I have swapped roles. When we met, he was thinner. Then I lost weight & he gained it. Then I gained & he lost. Now we’ve both lost, so I have no idea where we stand! lol

I’m 5’9 and pretty curvy where my fiance is 6’8 and like a bean pole but healthy. It used to (and still sometimes) bugs me a ton because people always say he’s “skinny” when I was around then I would wonder what they thought about me. I always wished that I weighed and looked a lot smaller than he way but I’m just happy he loves me for who I am 🙂

My fiance is a biker, so he is really skinny. We’re both tall (he’s 6’3, I’m 5’11), and I fluctuate between weighing like 10 lbs. less than him and 40 lbs. less than him. When I’m 10 lbs. less than him I get pretty self-conscious.

I outweigh the FH by roughly 60 pounds. That makes me feel awwweeeesome 😉 It’s really only annoying because he’s gained like 10 pounds over the past 6 years– I’ve gained like 70. Nice.

@SweetiePie, that photo is ADORABLE!!
I love what this thread has become, I’m bummed I hadn’t checked back on it sooner!

I was in good shape when I met my fiance and in the almost five years that we’ve been dating/engaged, I’ve gained 50lbs!!!!!!!!!! My Fiance is skinnier than me…I’ve tried every diet and exercise program out there to no avail…I’ve always had a belly and I’ve done sit-ups and worked on my abs etc…ugh! I keep asking him if I’m fat, ofcourse he says no…wedding in a month…
I don’t want to wear any spanx or corsets because its so uncomfortable and its another piece of clothing to put on….I’m waiting for that miracle to happen…lol!

My fiance is about 10 inches taller than me and largely because of that there is a big weight difference between us, however I am in much better physical shape than he is; mostly because I walk about one mile to and from work every day (one mile down hill and one mile up HILL) and I also work out every week. I have been trying to get him to get in shape for ages (he used to walk to work, but is contracted out right now so he has to commute by car and he has definitely gained weight because of it)… thank god he proposed, because it meant he got himself a rowing machine!
All that being said, I am totally jealous of curvy girls because even though I am not that skinny, I haven’t got a lick of figure on me… stright up and down, nothing womanly about me, except my boobs. 🙁

I was about the same weight as my Fiance when I met him, but now I am definitely a good 60 pounds heavier than him, and I’m three inches shorter than him. He works out so build up muscle but he’s still definitely really thin! Luckily though, thanks to the muscles he’s not scrawny, just skinny.
It’s part of the reason I want to lose weight- I don’t want to be the biggest one in the relationship lol!

I am more then 100 lbs heavier then my Fiance. He loves every single pound of me and always has. I thought about putting off the wedding so i could lose weight, but decided against it. Its not that i don’t want to lose the weight, but I figure there is NO guarantee i will, and every person who will be at the wedding has known me practically my whole life and i have always been overweight. So i decided to go for it…..and i am gonna look fabulous!!!

Yep, I’m about 60 pounds heavier, although I’m closing the gap as best I can. He’s 6’1″ and he’s a weightlifter. He’s naturally pretty skinny and lanky so I encourage the muscle-building so that he’s nice and bulky and we don’t look ridiculous together. He’s sort of gigantic now in the back/shoulder area but he has no tushie and these tiny little legs. I do feel like we’ve gotten weird looks, mostly from girls, in the past but whatever. He’s always been drawn to the huge knockers and since I’ve lost 20lbs and not even half an inch off my chest, he’s thrilled. (Figures right?)

I’m 170 pounds and my fiance weighs LESS than me! He’s so tiny! He has a super fast metabolism, and I’m jealous haha

I weigh about 15 pounds more than my fiance…he’s a skinny one, ha. And incapable of gaining weight, but it’s one of those things I’ve had to learn to live with. 🙂
