i was looking to see if there was a local chapter near me but sadly the only one near me is still about 30-45 min away. i’d love to start one in hamilton ontario if we have any other brides who would.

I read about this a year ago and have considered joining. There is one close by…I should get on that!

This sounds awesome!

I’ve never heard of it before. There isn’t a club around me know but there is in the city I am moving to in January – so I may just have to join!

We don’t have any within a 45 minute drive of me and i wish there was a closer one!  It looks like a ton of fun! ๐Ÿ™

I was reading up on this a couple of weeks ago since it sounded like so much fun!  What level of runner do you have to be?  I am just starting out and have worked up to doing a 1:30 walk/1:30 run 3 min run/3 min walk for 30 minutes.  Should I get up to a full running before going?  I don’t want to embarrass myself!
