I think my baby is cramping my stomach so instead of eating meals it’s like I’m snacking all day. I’m back to how I was in the first trimester and waking up in the middle of the night to snack. I just feel like a little food monster, can’t walk by the kitchen or anywhere there is food and not stop.
In the grocery store I open up a bag of whatever I’m craving and eat while I shop. The check out people at least get a kick out of the empty bag being bought though.

HAHA! I would love to be a food monster! It’s 4 pm and I’ve eaten nothing but mints all day. 🙁 My tummy is protesting but I don’t look forward to the food coming back up…which is a norm for me now.

I remember those days. 🙂 I actually used to have little “food stashes” everywhere (in my desk, in the car, in the nightstand, etc…) so I could munch whenever I felt like it. Part of the problem is that little one squishing your stomach and not allowing you to eat much at any one sitting, so don’t worry about constantly snacking. It’s pretty natural!

Every time I go to the doctor they tell me I’m gaining too much weight. But I’m sooooo hungry all the time, I don’t know what to do about it!

I no longer eat meals. I eat peanut butter crackers all day long and occasionally insert a piece of fruit or some pasta. It’s like first trimester all over again!

umm…does a second trimester food monster count? lol. i’m 17 weeks and i am ALWAYS SO hungry. seriously. i thought it would be fun to be hungry all the time cause then i could indulge in all my cravings (both healthy and not) whenever i want, right? wrong. i snack throughout the day but most of time end up hungry an hour after i eat something. i’m sick of snacking on yogurt and granola and fruit and the occasional junk food, even though i love those things. i’m just tired of eating! staying hydrated is a personal challenge of mine, and i know i’m not always eating the best calories, but damn! i definitely feel like a monster.

Hmmm…now I’m not sure if the baby is cramping my belly because it had plenty of room for dinner. My husband and I just finished off a large pizza, fries and breadsticks. Ugh, ok…..need to get back in control, but pizza just sounded so freaking good.

So funny! I’m totally with you. I am 35 weeks now and ALWAYS hungry. Such a switch from the 1st and 2nd trimesters for me! I could barely eat anything then! Making up for lost time, I guess….

I’m starting to get minor nausea again. I was never sick in my first trimester but I’ve started feeling queasy till I eat, so I’ve been snacking more.
