Awww, she’s adorable!

Our girl is a pap mix too! She’s 1.5 now and getting progressively hairy!

I don’t have one but my dad did for a long time, his name was Sammy. He passed away last christmas, but I always have a soft spot in my heart for papillions now… even though he was a horrible representation of one and slightly neurotic. Wink

Here’s a picture of him:

My little sister adopted a dog from a Pom rescue last summer that we are almost certain is mostly Papillon. He is seriously the sweetest thing. Totally holds his own with my big dogs too! Here’s a picture of him from Christmas:

(this was taken with Hipstamatic on my cell phone, so ignore the graininess)

@twodoghouse: awww… so cute! Definitely looks like he’s mostly pap! My pup (though definitely a mix) has a similar personality… she’s an absolute lovebug, follows me everywhere I go, loves to cuddle, is always happy/playful, and holds her own with the dogs at daycare and at the park. She’s has lots of energy (I think she might be mixed with JRT??) and can run 8 miles nonstop!

@macbookbee123: I posted this on another thread, but I love this one of her taken yesterday… she’s not supposed to beg, but she gets SO excited about the biscuits at the Petsmart checkout… she races there and puts her paws on the bag ledge!

How much does your little one weigh? What do you think she’s mixed with?

I have papillons, fabulous little dogs!

This is Josie, she got to be in our wedding. (Destination wedding, we could only take 1 of our 3 dogs with us.)

This is Stormy, I show him in AKC conformation.

Josie is about 10-11 pounds, Stormy is about 6 pounds. I got them from different breeders, but they are cousins (they have the same grandpa).

Both of them “helping” fold towels:

At “papillon playday” (only 2 of these are mine!)

@abbyful: Oh my gosh, I love all your pups!!!  The “papillon playday” is so adorable… I love how happy they all look. Papillons are the best dogs!

That’s cool that you show your dogs… I’d like to do agility with my girl if I ever have the time… they have a course at her daycare and she LOVES it. She’s finally old enough to do more running/jumping…

@Sweet.Sugar.Rose: I think so, either that or a full pomeranian that doesn’t meet “breed standards”… My dad’s papillon was not a “standard” papillon he was way too big and had one ear up and one ear down.
