I graduated with a degree in psychology last year. When I first started the degree I wanted to work in animal behavior or as a teen couselor. By the time I finished my degree, I knew I wasn’t going to do any of these things.

I am now finishing my MBA (2 more weeks of classes – yay!). I really feel my psych degree applies to everything I want to do. Business involves so much of working with others, managing others and mostly understanding others. I think the degree will help make me a better leader in an organiztation (when I get there).

Another Psych major here!

I graduate in May with a Double Major in Psychology and Biology. I originally wanted to work in Health Psychology in the area of Genetics but this last year in College burned me out. I recently recieved a job offer to work as a Researcher in Consumer Psychology at Fortune 500 company and if my Fiance lands a job in the same city thats where I’m headed.

I’m still intrested in going to grad school (especially since my employer is willing to pitch in) but I would study either Consumer Psychology or get a Masters in Leadership (Alternative to an MBA that focuses on coaching, team development, project management rather than the finance and marketing area of the MBA).

I am a Psychology major!  I will be graduating with my BA in May. I am applying to graduate schools right now. I want to get a Masters degree in Counseling and become a licensed professional counselor. I am getting burned out by school, but I really love my major.

I’m a Psych major!  I’m a Senior so I’ll be graduating in May.  I want to do research so after I graduate, I’m going to go to grad school for Experimental Psychology.  That is, unless I get a job at the place I’m interning at.  If I did, I’d probably take some time off of school to work full-time and make some money.  πŸ™‚

I graduated with a BA in Psych many many moons ago…2001 I think. Them i got my MA in Developmental Psych. Loved it. My son was a baby So it was great to learn about all the stages of development as he was growing. I am a Kinder teacher and am SO glad I took Dev Psych as a parent and teacher of young children. I wish all teachers could have strong background in the development of young kids.
